Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each product that you take is under the guarantee by the manufacturer.
You can return the product you have purchased within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without opening/destroying/destroying the packaging of the product, as you received it. Return the product with a letter containing the product invoice and your order number.
Any deterioration, breakage, tearing, destruction, use etc. in the packaging of non-food products. In cases where situations are determined and the product is not returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded. If you want to return one of our coffee and similar food products, we take our products that have not lost 80% of their total volume unconditionally and unconditionally. The shipping cost of non-food returned products belongs to the customer.
Open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the company representative (Cargo company) from which you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the time the returned product reaches Us.
In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the non-food product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
For products returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Transfer refunds will be made within 2 working days, Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 working days. If your bank does not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning about your order is displayed, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card as a plus balance every month by your bank.
